The Vanguard Group is an American registered investment advisor based in Malvern, Pennsylvania with over $5.3 trillion in assets under management. It is the largest provider of mutual funds and the second-largest provider of exchange-traded funds in the world. Poretta & Orr worked with Vanguard staff to optimize their presence at a private user conference. This required creating custom components that would stand out and work in a hotel environment.
The environment created accommodated the varied product line and clients were able to negotiate the space with ease. With 6 different activation areas, differentiating each are required considerable planning. Each of the activation areas were clearly established with different colored graphics and messaging that helped clients find the areas they were interested in learning more about. The diversity of their products made it necessary for the environment to allow for flexibility and clearly defined marketing achieved utilizing a well-thought out plan and spot on execution.
