TMF’s “If Not Me, Then Who…” Gala brings together corporate, community and military leaders to honor fallen heroes, veterans, active duty troops and military families. Quite an undertaking and a more deserving group isn’t out there. Poretta & Orr has been producing this black tie event in Philadelphia since 2012.
Poretta & Orr was charged with the full event production and program management of this important community black-tie event. This included working with TMF staff to develop on-point scripting, management of all related vendors, producing creating and high-end collateral design, as well as logistical management, which included the gala’s entertainment.
Poretta & Orr worked to integrate new technology into a beautiful 100+year-old room in the Union League of Philadelphia. P&O designed a stage set that brought understated elegance to the event. A fiber-optic curtain, Lucite podium and dual LCD projection screens were seamlessly integrated into the room to make the event a success and in budget. Recognizing character and leadership, the spotlight truly shined on the guests of honor.
