Rick is P&O’s General Manager, Vice President, and has been an integral part of the team for over 20 years. What started as an entry-level role quickly turned into a career that’s kept him engaged ever since. Once he stepped into the exhibits and events world, he knew this was where he wanted to be. The energy, constant change, and dynamics of the industry have made every day different. And along the way, he’s not only grown his own career but has played an important part in helping P&O grow and evolve, as well.
Outside the office, Rick stays busy with family, golf, plenty of Phillies and Eagles games, and summer trips to Nantucket whenever possible. Cooking has become one of his favorite ways to wind down after a long day, always up for trying something new, although firing up the grill is still a go-to. And when winter hits, he and the family never mind a little escape to somewhere warm.
Of all the milestones, though, it’s seeing his kids grow up and hearing others recognize the good and kind people they’re becoming that means the most. For Rick, nothing tops that.
