Meet Mary Ellen

She’s one of those rare people who can master logistics by day and still choreograph a dance routine in her head by night. Starting dance lessons at age 3, she eventually earned a dance minor in college, and for 13 years after graduation, she taught evening classes while working full time as a meeting planner! Though she’s no longer in the studio, dance remains part of how she experiences the world, even in everyday life.

When she’s not keeping client programs running smoothly, you’ll find her doing what she loves most, spending time with her family and friends. Whether it’s cooking together, checking out new restaurants, or playing card games, she treasures the chance to slow down and connect. And going to Broadway musicals with her teenage daughter? A top-tier bonding activity!

Her career path into meetings and events wasn’t exactly planned, but whose was? As a kid, she was already producing bike parades, basement performances, and makeshift summer camps for her neighborhood. Today, as Director of Meetings, Mary Ellen uses that same passion and creativity into leading complex programs with strategy, precision, and heart. Her natural ability to see both the big picture and the smallest details makes her a trusted partner and an invaluable force behind the scenes.
